About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience - Brooklyn as a Preschool Lead Teacher, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering a love for learning and development in children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all students.
- Assess and document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Lead daily activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Valid state teaching certification or equivalent credentials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
