Unique Opportunity at an Early Childhood Education Center .
Hours are 8:30-5:30 M-F but have flexibility if needed.
My goal is to find a self-motivated person who is seeking a career in childcare. This job needs someone who can wear many hats but has the gift of sales and customer service.
What is the position duties:
YOU ARE THE FACE OF THE SCHOOL! You will tour parents, answer calls, maintain leads, enroll students, maintain child files, market events and build enrollment. We work with children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
You may also be asked to be a support person in a classroom so you must be comfortable and happy to work with children,
What you must be:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Customer Service is KEY! You are the pulse of our school and friendly and helpful are who you are. You diffuse situations and make every family and child feel valued.
You are detail-driven and never forget the little things. You love the extra touch. Your workspace and files are neat and well organized.
You are born to smile!
Childcare knowledge is very helpful but you are a quick learner and take the lead as well as direction. You are a team player.
Communication is strong in person, on the phone, and via email.
You love children and are happy to jump into classrooms to support and help if neede!
