- Pay of $14-$19/hour, based on your experience

- Lead a safe, nurturing, fun classroom of 1year, 2 years and 3 years
- Teach our L.E.A.P. curriculum with the help of our fun characters
- Share your students' wins with parents through our mobile app and everyday conversations
- Build strong relationships with families and your teaching team
- 6+ months of paid experience in a childcare or classroom setting (1 year preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (an ECE degree or CDA is a plus, not a requirement)
- A genuine love for children and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and meet Texas childcare licensing requirements
