About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality education.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
- Assess children's developmental milestones and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education OR 90 credits towards Early Childhood Education and actively finishing your degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
