As a Daycare Toddler Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will be an ambassador of happiness, creating daily opportunities to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and our communities. Our passionate teachers, responsible for implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Our Toddler Teachers:

Create a warm and inviting classroom environment where young children can learn, play, and grow.
Foster a love for learning and exploration by utilizing our engaging and comprehensive L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, which serves as the foundation for creating exciting and developmentally appropriate lessons.
Regularly communicate with parents, sharing their children's daily adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
Prioritize the safety and security of each child, ensuring their well-being at all times.

Toddler Teacher Qualifications:

Ability to build strong relationships with families and coworkers, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment where play and learning thrive.
Preferred: At least 6 months of professional teaching experience.
High School Diploma/GED required. College coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) highly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
Preferred: CPR and First Aid Certification.
Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Compensation: $14.96 - $18.02 per hour

The Learning Experience

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
