We are currently looking for a Full-Time Preschool Teacher (9:00 AM ā 6:00 PM) to join our caring and energetic team. Our teachers have the opportunity to do their best work every day in a modern, state-of-the-art center while helping our preschool learners grow through play, discovery, creativity, and meaningful connections.

š Role Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom where preschool children can learn, explore, and grow.
- Foster independence, creativity, and confidence through engaging activities and play-based learning.
- Implement the L.E.A.P. CurriculumĀ® in ways that support each childās developmental and academic growth.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their childās progress, daily experiences, and milestones.
- Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to support classroom success and overall school goals.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a supportive learning community.
š Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
-
1+ year of experience in a preschool classroom preferred
One of the following is also a plus:
- Associateās Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Current CDA Certification
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Must meet state licensing requirements.
