Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute lesson plans and curriculum
- Maintain licensing requirements
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Preschool children
- Ability to teach basic Spanish and execute or Spanish Curriculum
- Complete required assessments and observations
- Talk to parents and help meet their needs
- Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
- Have a Teamwork mindset
- Comply with our mission to create a positive environment for our children, families and the community we serve.
- 2 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of childcare experience with a 24hrs of pre-service certificates in early education is required.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
