Job Description:
As a Lead Preschool Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Individualized Instruction: Recognize and address the unique needs of each child, providing personalized attention and support to promote overall development.
- Parent Communication: Establish open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, activities, and developmental milestones.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety guidelines and promoting a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- Previous experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.
