The Learning Experience Las Vegas Enterprise. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Weekend Wear Mascots for promoting and marketing our brand. As a part-time contractor, you will have the exciting opportunity to embody our mascot character and engage with the public at various events, promotions, and marketing campaigns on weekends and as needed.

As a part-time contractor, you will have the exciting opportunity to embody our mascot character and engage with the public at various events, promotions, and marketing campaigns on weekends and as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Wear and embody our mascot costume while promoting our brand at events, festivals, trade shows, and other marketing activations.
- Interact with event attendees in a friendly and engaging manner, posing for photos, distributing promotional materials, and creating memorable experiences for our target audience.
- Follow designated scripts or talking points to communicate key messages about our products, services, or brand initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout each event, ensuring a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism while in costume.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for wearing and performing in the mascot costume, including proper handling, hygiene, and hydration.
- Assist with set-up, tear-down, and logistics for events as needed, working closely with our marketing team and event coordinators.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform future marketing strategies and improve the effectiveness of our promotional efforts.
Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends and occasional weekdays as needed, with flexibility to accommodate varying event schedules.
- Ability to wear and perform in a mascot costume for extended periods, including standing, walking, and interacting with crowds in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and willingness to embody the character traits and personality of our mascot.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor while representing the company at public events.
- Prior experience as a mascot performer, promotional model, or brand ambassador is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing circumstances during events.
- Physical fitness and stamina to endure the demands of wearing a mascot costume for extended periods.
