The Learning Experience - Owings Mills is looking for a dedicated Bus Driver to join our team. School Bus Experience and experience with children are a must!

The successful candidate will have experience driving a bus as well as working with children, and we're anxious to talk with anyone who has transported grade school-aged kids to school in the past. Our Bus Drivers are an essential part in our educational system, and we value their contributions.

· Transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons
· Verify permissions for children who ride home with friends
· Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound bus at all times
· Obey all traffic laws
· Perform inspections of the bus before and after each route
· Ensure safety of all students
· Assist students with getting on and off the bus when required
· Attend monthly safety meetings

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience as a Preschool / Daycare Teacher required
- Current Drivers license required
- 1+ years' experience driving a school bus (training provided for the right candidate)
- No at-fault traffic accidents in the last 5 years
- Clean driving record (no traffic citations in last 5 years)
- Ability to carry out assigned route on time
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
