We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to join our team and family at The Learning Experience located in Edgewater Park, NJ. As an Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and management of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education administration, strategic planning, coaching, and leadership. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and financial planning
- Support the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff members
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members to ensure high-quality education services
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education administration


Experience:
- Degree in Education Administration or a related field and/or CDA
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
