We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Our Customer Service team supports meet and greet all families and talking to new leads and work with parents.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will make a difference in the lives of others, while expanding your knowledge of The Learning experience and creating awareness of Happy Happens Here.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will make a difference in the lives of others, while expanding your knowledge of The Learning experience and creating awareness of Happy Happens Here.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering a variety of calls and emails from the parents from the local community.
- Use your knowledge of childcare industry needs to locate answers in a knowledge database to acknowledge parents requests
- Follow standard operating procedures for various topics and systems.
- Document all of your interactions in the system
- Keep up to date on TLE Core processes and procedures
- Meet and greet parents on site
To be a successful Customer Service Representative , you will possess:
- The capability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and provide information to our parents
- Excellent time management skills and dependability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including telephone/email etiquette
- Strong presence on Social Media and social network
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a childcare or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of key communication principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.
- Minimum of High School Diploma, One Year in Preschool Classroom Setting
- Preferred: CDA or higher
