Your Role:
As the Center Director, you’ll lead a team of educators committed to fostering independent, confident, and compassionate children. You’ll ensure compliance with California Title 22 regulations, maintain a safe and engaging environment, manage our proprietary curriculum, and support the professional development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Oversee and implement TLE’s curriculum
• Lead, mentor, and train staff
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Manage center operations to ensure smooth daily functions
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of leadership experience in child care (1 year required)
• Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool-aged children.
• Bachelor’s degree, ECE units, or California child development permit.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Background Clearance:
• DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) clearance req

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
