- Make Learning Magical: Use our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and beloved classroom characters to turn everyday lessons into unforgettable adventures.
- Create a Cozy Classroom: Build a safe, structured space where children feel loved, supported, and free to explore.
- Support Every Child’s Journey: Observe, assess, and nurture each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Be a Family Partner: Keep parents in the loop with thoughtful updates and open communication that builds trust and connection.
- Collaborate with Heart: Join forces with fellow educators to create a warm, unified environment where everyone thrives.
- Lead with Joy: Plan and guide engaging activities—from messy art to music and movement—that spark curiosity and laughter.
- Keep It Safe & Sparkling: Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized classroom that feels like home.
-A high school diploma/GED (required)
-An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
-At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1 year preferred)
-A true passion for nurturing and educating young children

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
