We are currently seeking an Exceptional High energetic individual with Educational or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director for our Brand New TLE Location in Anderson Mill.

As a Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
- Leadership by example, displaying passion for making a positive, loving and caring impact on the lives of children
- Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable,, and oversee employee payroll thru ADP
- Build strong and trustworthy Relationships with Families, Parents and community parters in the area
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with employees.
- Ensure that the TLE Center adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum. Engage our characters to drive the curriculum, creating a happy learning experience at TLE.
- Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

- Have two or more years of proven Leadership and Management experience in Educational / Preschool industry
- Love kids, Warm hearted and Compassionate
- Possess the state-specific credentials and Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Are goal driven, results oriented and Entrepreneurial
- Hold a Degree in Childhood Education or a related field

At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
