Key Responsibilities 

·        Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport and easily relates to diverse groups of people.

•             Executes operational strategies designed to drive success across critical performance measures: customer enrollment, retention, productivity, quality, and brand awareness.  

•             Evaluates enrollment trends for center and partners with the marketing team to create and implement action plans 

•             Deliver consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and business operations.

•             Serves as a coach and resource to center leadership team and influences and guides successful operations of the centers. 

Experience/Requirements

•             Meet and exceed all Child Care Licensing requirements

•             3-5 years of experience as Child Care Director or franchise concepts

•             Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university.

•             Exceptional relation building abilities, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

•             Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.

•             Possess leadership strength, a teamwork mindset, strong communication and networking skills, organization skills and problem-solving ability.

•             Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full-Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
