Responsibilities:
- Cultivate an inviting and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and development for young learners.
- Instill a growth mindset in students, fostering their curiosity and love for learning.
- Implement our innovative L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Establish a safe and supportive atmosphere for children to engage in play-based learning activities.
- Maintain transparent communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and milestones through various channels.
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- Foster strong relationships with families and colleagues, contributing to a vibrant learning community.
Qualifications:
- Genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and childcare.
- Preferred: One year of professional teaching experience; Required: Six months of professional teaching experience.
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field; Required: High school diploma/GED.
