- Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing the children's achievements and latest adventures
- Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens seamlessly
- Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals as a team
Qualifications:
- ECT Qualified
- CPR and First Aid preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)
- 1 Year of Professional teaching preferred
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
