- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- Have 1-3 years of professional teaching experience of professional teaching experience (preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
- Are able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Infant and Young Toddler teachers must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
