Join Our Team as a Floating Teacher for 2-3 Year Olds!
Are you passionate about early childhood education and love working with toddlers? We're seeking a Floating Teacher who will bring energy, flexibility, and creativity to our classrooms for 2-3-year-olds. In this role, you'll support our teaching staff by assisting in various classrooms, ensuring consistency, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our little learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with developmental milestones for 2-3-year-olds.
- Adapt seamlessly to support lead and assistant teachers in different classrooms.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Support the implementation of lesson plans and daily routines.
- Assist with diapering, toileting, and transitions to help maintain a smooth flow of the day.
What We're Looking For:
- A love for working with toddlers and understanding of their developmental needs.
- Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different classrooms and schedules.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
