The Learning Experience® – Staten Island, NY is hiring a Lead Teacher for our young toddler classroom (ages 12–18 months). What You’ll Do
• Lead a childcare classroom using our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool environment
• Coach and mentor assistant teachers
• Manage daily routines, activities, and classroom structure
• Communicate with families about child progress and development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children

What You’ll Bring
• 1–2 years of preschool, daycare, or childcare teaching experience
• Associate degree or higher (or currently on a Study Plan in Education)
• Knowledge of early childhood education and DAP
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
