Responsibilities:

Engage in Play-Based Learning: Implement creative and interactive lesson plans that make learning fun and engaging for our toddlers, twaddlers, preppers, or preschoolers.
Create a Safe Space: Ensure a secure, clean, and welcoming classroom where children can explore, play, and grow.
Promote Development: Support cognitive, social, and emotional growth through age-appropriate activities and meaningful interactions.
Build Relationships: Establish a warm and supportive classroom community where every child feels valued and encouraged.
Communicate with Families: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, sharing regular updates on each child's progress and development.
Encourage Independence: Guide children in developing essential self-help skills
Monitor Progress: Observe and assess each child's growth, providing individualized attention and addressing any developmental concerns with care.

Qualifications:

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
