- Provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for infants.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and care.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and growth of the children.
- Follow all state licensing regulations and daycare policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry infants and engage in physical activities.
- Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.
