Early Childhood Educator
Full Time • Brownsburg
We are seeking a warm, energetic, and creative teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for two-year-old and three-year-old children. You will play a pivotal role in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development during a critical stage of their early growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for our little learners.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones, including language skills, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide consistent routines and structure to help children feel secure and confident in their environment.
- Encourage creative exploration through art, music, sensory play, and other hands-on learning experiences.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress, addressing individual needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that adheres to all health and safety guidelines.
- Guide children in learning social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and self-regulation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share updates on their child’s growth and experiences.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
