Pay: $16 - $18 per hour - commensurate with child care experience and credentials.
Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
- Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
- Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Lead Teacher Requirements: / What Qualifies You as a Lead?
- High School Diploma / GED
- At least six months of professional teaching experience (one-year preferred)
- Possess one of the following: CDA, an Associates Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Credit hours and experience that aligns with Michigan Licensing Guidelines
There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
