Physical Safety: Ensure the classroom and playground are free from hazards. Baby-proof the space as toddlers are naturally curious and prone to exploring.

Emotional Safety: Foster a caring and secure environment where children feel safe to explore and interact. Provide reassurance and comfort when needed.
- Engaging Environment: Set up learning areas that stimulate sensory exploration, such as colorful toys, soft materials, climbing structures, and sensory bins.

Encourage Communication: Use simple words and phrases, talk to the children often, and encourage them to express themselves, even if it’s through gestures or sounds.

Storytelling & Singing: Read books aloud, sing songs, and engage in rhyming games to develop vocabulary, listening skills, and cognitive growth.
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
