- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center or related field.
- Proven track record of attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality teachers.
- Strong relationship experience and ability to enroll and retain families.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
- Associates degree in early childhood education, or related field (preferred).
