About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #230 as the Director of Center Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance operational efficiency while fostering a nurturing environment for children and staff alike.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily center operations to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
  • Implement and uphold educational standards and compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and the community.
  • Manage billing of families and manage budgets to achieve operational goals.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to promote center programs and increase enrollment.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, parents, and corporate leadership.
  • Conduct regular assessments and implement improvements for center operations.
- Note: The scope of this role will be shared with another Co-Director. Specific duties will be determined collaboratively and may evolve over time based on individual strengths, interests, and operational needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within early childhood education or childcare.
  • Center Director Certification
  • 40-45 clock hrs administrative training, 9 clock hrs of training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public.
  • OCC conducted 3 clock hr regulation training session.
  • 45 clock hrs of Infant/Toddler Training.
  • 90 clock hrs Preschool Child Development and Curriculum Planning.
  • 45 clock hrs each in Child Development (birth through school age) and Curriculum for School Age Care
  • Strong understanding of state licensing regulations and educational standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to child development.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
