Role: Assistant Center Director
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

As an Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
- Assist the Center leadership team in managing the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team and ensure that they are delivering high quality programs and services.
- Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring that children are receiving a safe and nurturing learning
experience. - Support the Center leadership team in managing the center’s budget and financial planning.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full
compliance with all licensing requirements. - Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and
engaged in their child’s learning and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve the center’s programs and services and seek out opportunities
for growth and expansion.
- Have at least one year of center administration/management experience (required).
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
