Assist lead teachers with implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to students who need additional support.
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, lunchroom, playground, or during transitions.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Enforce school rules and behavior expectations consistently.
Communicate effectively with lead teachers, school staff, and administrators.
Participate in team meetings, when necessary, to stay aligned with curriculum goals and student progress.

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
