*We are looking for 2 specific part time schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm and Monday - Friday 2pm - 6pm*
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's developmental needs.
- Supervise and interact with children to promote a safe and positive learning environment.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and hygiene standards.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Foster a love for learning by creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor.
