Enrollment Specialist – The Learning Experience, Cottonwood Creek 

At The Learning Experience, we are a learning center committed to providing exceptional early childhood education and delivering outstanding customer service to the families we serve. The Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in leading center tours, supporting daily operations, and helping families find the perfect educational environment for their children. 

Role Overview:
As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the center—guiding families through our enrollment process, showcasing our programs, and supporting center operations to ensure a positive experience for both parents and staff. You will work closely with the Center Director to help ensure the smooth and professional operation of our center.  

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Engagement & Enrollment 

  • Lead engaging tours that highlight our curriculum, programs, and the TLE experience

  • Follow up with prospective families to secure enrollment and build lasting relationships

  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and customer data using our own software

  • Coordinate the registration process and maintain updated family records

  • Communicate effectively with families regarding center updates, billing, and enrollment


Operations & Center Support
 
  • Support the Center Director in daily center operations

  • Help ensure appropriate classroom ratios and assist with scheduling needs

  • Monitor and manage inventory (office supplies, curriculum materials, etc.)

  • Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor relationships

  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and local community outreach

  • Plan and manage parent engagement activities and events

  • Maintain a strong understanding of childcare offerings in the community


 
Qualifications
 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role

  • Childcare center experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree not required

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
