As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the center—guiding families through our enrollment process, showcasing our programs, and supporting center operations to ensure a positive experience for both parents and staff. You will work closely with the Center Director to help ensure the smooth and professional operation of our center.
- Lead engaging tours that highlight our curriculum, programs, and the TLE experience
- Follow up with prospective families to secure enrollment and build lasting relationships
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and customer data using our own software
- Coordinate the registration process and maintain updated family records
- Communicate effectively with families regarding center updates, billing, and enrollment
Operations & Center Support
- Support the Center Director in daily center operations
- Help ensure appropriate classroom ratios and assist with scheduling needs
- Monitor and manage inventory (office supplies, curriculum materials, etc.)
- Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor relationships
- Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and local community outreach
- Plan and manage parent engagement activities and events
- Maintain a strong understanding of childcare offerings in the community
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role

Childcare center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree not required
