Full Time • Clinton Hill
Full-Time (40 hours a week) Staff Benefits: 


  • Five (5) vacation days, and five (5) sick days by accrual after 90-day introductory period.

Responsibilities:
  • Work a 9:00am-6:00pm schedule
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth preschool operations.
  • Assist with enrollment processes and maintain student records accurately.
  • Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and administration.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, and activities for staff and families.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
  • Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and visitors.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a preschool
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly demeanor with a passion for early childhood education.
  • Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Compensation: $19.75 - $21.00 per hour
