We are seeking a passionate, experienced childcare professional to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art center in Dripping Springs as an Assistant Center Director. Curriculum & Coaching: Guide teachers in successfully implementing TLE’s proprietary curriculum, utilizing our fun, engaging characters to make learning come alive.

Staff Development: Actively source, interview, onboard, and coach a high-quality team of early childhood educators.

Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standard operating procedures, ensuring 100% compliance with Texas childcare licensing regulations.

Drive Enrollment: Conduct dynamic in-person and virtual center tours for prospective families, and organize exciting community marketing events to boost enrollment.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of childcare center leadership/management experience required (2+ years highly preferred).

Credentials: Must possess a valid Texas Director Credential and meet all state-specific regulatory guidelines for childcare administration.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is highly preferred.

Skills: Deep knowledge of Texas state licensing rules, strong financial/payroll acumen, and excellent communication skills.
