Infant Toddler Teacher – The Learning Experience, Fitchburg (New School)
We are excited to announce that The Learning Experience – Fitchburg is a brand-new school, and we are looking for passionate, dedicated Infant and Toddler Teachers to help us build a welcoming, engaging learning community from the ground up.

As an Infant Toddler Teacher, You Will:
- Create a welcoming, engaging classroom environment tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
- Use a growth mindset to inspire curiosity and foster emotional and academic growth.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum, adapting it to meet each child’s unique needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates and building strong family partnerships.
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- Build meaningful relationships with families and coworkers, helping to establish a positive school culture as part of our new center.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
- Has at least 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required).
- Holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required).

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
The Learning Experience

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
