Location: Dripping Springs, TX
Pay Range: $16.50 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience & education)

Your Impact in the Classroom
As an Infant Teacher, you are more than a caregiver—you are a foundational educator. You will lead a classroom of our littlest learners (6 weeks to 12 months), fostering a "Learn-Play-Grow" atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Execution: Implement our proprietary monthly curriculum focused on sensory play, music, and motor skill development.
- Responsive Caregiving: Provide high-quality care, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring safe sleep environments.
- Parent Partnership: Use our digital platform to provide real-time updates to families, building trust and lasting relationships.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a pristine, organized classroom that exceeds Texas Childcare Licensing standards.
- Milestone Tracking: Observe and document developmental progress, celebrating every "first" with our families.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
We are looking for a reliable, nurturing professional who is passionate about Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Experience: 6+ months of professional experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting (Required).
- Education: High School Diploma required; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE/Education is a major plus.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Mindset: A "team-player" attitude with a genuine love for infant development.
