 What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers
- Foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset
- Build strong relationships with families, sharing milestones and magical moments
- Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals
- Be a joyful teammate, bringing creativity, care, and connection to every interaction
- Design thoughtful lesson plans that reflect your passion and expertise
- A heart full of love for children and a deep belief in the power of early education
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred)
- An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
