Are you a Registered Behavioral Technician who loves working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact in just a few hours each day? At The Learning Experience, we’re looking for a caring, creative, and reliable Part-Time Support Staff to join our team from 8:00–11:00 AM or 9:00–12:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Implement our playful L.E.A.P. Curriculum® using beloved characters that bring learning to life
- Build strong relationships with families and teammates
- Share children’s milestones and moments through mobile apps and personal conversations
- Work one-on-one or in small groups
- Provide guidance and support to children to help them thrive socially and emotionally
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
The Learning Experience

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
