Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Infant Nurse Supervisor / Infant Lead Teacher to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for infants while supporting and mentoring less experienced teachers in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment where infants can learn, play, and grow. 
  •  Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports early development. 
  •  Inspire curiosity and a love of learning using a growth mindset. 
  •  Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development and daily experiences through conversations and mobile communication apps. 
  •  Support center success by collaborating with leadership and staff on goals related to enrollment and family engagement. 
  •  Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a positive and collaborative environment. 
Qualifications

  •  Genuine passion for caring for and educating infants. 
  • 1 year of experience as an Infant Lead Teacher (preferred) OR 6 months of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required).
  •  Ability to work collaboratively and mentor other teachers.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must meet all applicable state licensing requirements for childcare professionals. 
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
