Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that support children’s growth in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical areas.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore and learn.
Establish consistent daily routines that promote independence, responsibility, and self-regulation.
Support children in developing early academic skills such as letter recognition, counting, colors, shapes, and fine motor abilities.
Encourage language development through conversation, storytelling, songs, and interactive play.
Model and teach social skills, including cooperation, sharing, problem-solving, and respectful communication.
