Location: The Learning Experience - Ledgewood
Schedule: Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Pay: $48,000 - $55,000 per year

- Support the Center Director in developing strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of children and families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and engaged.
- Assist with budget and financial planning, ensuring expenses remain within guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve programs and services, seeking opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in early childhood education leadership or administration.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for early education and creating a positive, happy learning environment.
