Assistant Center Director

Location: The Learning Experience - Ledgewood
Schedule: Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Pay: $48,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Center Director in developing strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of children and families.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and engaged.

  • Assist with budget and financial planning, ensuring expenses remain within guidelines.

  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve programs and services, seeking opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Prior experience in early childhood education leadership or administration.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • A genuine passion for early education and creating a positive, happy learning environment.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
