Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping families feel welcome and supported? The Learning Experience of Horizon West is looking for a dedicated Office Manager to be the smiling face that greets our families and supports our team behind the scenes!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team, work in a joyful early childhood environment, and help create a positive first impression for our little learners and their families.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet children, families, and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Manage phone calls, emails, and daily front desk operations
- Support enrollment and onboarding processes for new families
- Maintain accurate student records, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, attendance tracking, and supply ordering
- Assist the leadership team and teachers with administrative tasks as needed
- Help coordinate school events, birthdays, and special celebrations
- Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and professional
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy preschool environment
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Previous front desk, clerical, or administrative experience (preferred)
- Experience in a childcare or preschool setting (a plus, but not required)
- Proficient in English (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)

This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
