About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #449 as an Infant Room Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm and engaging environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's development while working with a passionate team dedicated to early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and physical development.
- Monitor and document children's progress and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions regularly.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.
Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma; a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
