Job Summary:
The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking an ECE-certified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our childcare team. We’re looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 2.5–4 through play-based learning, creativity, and discovery.
The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking an ECE-certified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our childcare team. We’re looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 2.5–4 through play-based learning, creativity, and discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide assistant teachers.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and fun classroom environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
- Communicate with families about children’s progress.
- Partner with leadership to meet classroom and enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
- ECE certification (required).
- At least 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
