Role Responsibilities
As a GSRP Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:
- Lead lesson planning, documentation, and implementation using our Creative L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and educational classroom environment.
- Communicate daily with families through personal discussions and mobile app updates.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and families to foster a collaborative learning community.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and center policies.
- Promote social, emotional, and academic growth for preschool children.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or valid Teaching Certificate with Early Childhood endorsement (required).
- At least 18 years of age with strong professional references.
- Comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, and negative TB test required.
- 1+ year of experience as a preschool or lead teacher required.
- Proficient with classroom technology and record-keeping.
