As an Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
- Assist the Center Director with daily operations, such as managing the front desk.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to teaching staff to promote professional growth and ensure high-quality instruction, lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our children and employees.
- Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Help maintain a highly qualified staff by actively training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
- Engage prospective families through in-person center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Participate in community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Apply Now If You:
- Have five or more years of childcare center teaching experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
- Hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Love working with teachers and curriculum.
- Are a people person.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
