- High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
- Must meet all state-specific requirements and be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting, with demonstrated classroom leadership.
- Must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including immunizations, physicals, and training.
- Identify and manage potential safety risks in a childcare setting.
- Support children's daily needs (diapering, feeding, dressing, etc.).
- Model effective communication, conflict resolution, and social-emotional skills.
- Facilitate developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and composure in all interactions.
- Ability to:
- Stand, walk, and move actively throughout the day.

- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

- Reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.

- Supervise children by sight and sound at all times.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (20°F–95°F).
