About the Role:
As a Curriculum Coordinator at The Learning Experience in Astoria, NY, you will play a vital role in shaping our educational programs to foster a love for learning in young children. Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation of TLE Curriculum.
- Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional strategies and classroom activities.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and curriculum effectiveness.
- Facilitate professional development workshops for educators on curriculum best practices.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and educational guidelines.
- Engage with parents to communicate curriculum goals and student achievements.
- Research and integrate innovative teaching methods and resources into the curriculum.
- Support the overall mission of The Learning Experience by promoting a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for curriculum improvements.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for fostering children's learning.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software tools.
