Bilingual (Spanish) Early Childhood Teacher

Pay Range: $20 – $25 per hour
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, fostering development across language, literacy, cognitive, and social-emotional skills.
- Use Spanish and English to enrich daily routines, songs, and lessons.
- Partner with families to ensure open communication and collaboration on each child’s progress.
- Support classroom organization, maintain daily reports, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to achieve center-wide goals and uphold The Learning Experience® brand standards.
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an early childhood or preschool classroom.
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Must meet all New York State childcare licensing requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
