Afternoon Floater - Part Time $20 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time 2pm-6pm
Pay Range: $20 – $25 per hour
As a Floater Teacher, you’ll:
- Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experience®’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Communicate positively with families and co-teachers.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Step into various age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm every day!
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
- 6+ months of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
- Passion for helping children learn and grow in a positive environment.
